This is what we need before we release your keys:

• Your initial month's rent and trash fee (cashier’s check or money orders) (pay to the order of The Waterview LLC)
  
  
• Your security deposit (cashier’s check or money orders) for security deposit; this payment must be separate from above (pay to the order of The Waterview LLC)
  
  
• Signed lease agreement, addendums and welcome letter (sign in our office)
  
  
• New Power account number for your apartment (Power phone number listed on welcome letter) with your start date (feel free to email the account number)
  
  
• Declarations page of renter’s insurance ($300,000 minimum liability coverage) covering your new address(feel free to email the policy when established)  
  
  
• Copy of your driver’s licenses (feel free to email if you would like) 
    
• If you are using a moving company:  Proof of insurance from the movers with The Waterview LLC listed as certificate holders at least 3 days prior to move in (feel free to email in advance)
  
  
• Elevator reservation for moving in furniture.  Let us know what day works best so we can schedule a time allotment.
